We can NOT offer refunds on this piece, ONLY free remakes alterations. This dress has zero stretch and usually requires at least 1 set of alterations/fitting to get the perfect fit. Sheer fabric is chiffon, solid fabric is georgette. We are a custom boutique. All pieces are made one by one, by hand, custom to each client's specific measurements, height and color request.
